The Client Service Manager will oversee and enhance the operational and client service functions of the practice, serving as a key partner to advisors, clients, and custodians. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of wealth management or financial services experience, is highly operational and flexible, and thrives in an evolving environment. Retail wealth management experience is preferred, along with experience using Charles Schwab and Orion.
4–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similar client service and operations environment.
Highly operational and process-driven, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day business functions.
Experience overseeing client service operations, account administration, paperwork, workflows, and internal processes.
Retail wealth management experience preferred, particularly experience working directly with individual and family clients.
Charles Schwab and Orion experience preferred, with familiarity navigating custodial, reporting, and portfolio management platforms.
Highly flexible and adaptable, with the ability to shift priorities and support the evolving needs of a growing practice.
Ability to identify operational gaps, improve processes, and create efficiencies across the practice.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests.
Serves as a key liaison between clients, advisors, custodians, and internal team members to ensure seamless execution.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, troubleshoot issues, and follow projects through to completion with minimal oversight.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills with a service-first mindset.
